What are Barkfast at Epiphany’s treats made of?
Our treats are crafted from only the finest all-natural ingredients because your pet deserves something as wholesome as it is beautiful. While they may look indulgent, we never compromise on quality. There are no preservatives, no additives, and no artificial colours. Any colours you see are created in-house using real foods like pumpkin and leafy greens. We are also fully transparent about our ingredients. What you see listed on each product page is exactly what is inside the treat. Nothing more, nothing less.
Do you have treats for kittens or cats?
Yes! Our treats are suitable for both cats and kittens, and they're clearly marked on each product page. All cat treats have been taste-tested by our in-house kitten, Lilibet, ensuring they're purr-approved! However, please consult your vet before feeding treats to young kittens, as they have sensitive stomachs.
Can I leave my pet alone with your treats?
Treat time is always best enjoyed under a watchful eye. While our treats are made with natural, pet-friendly ingredients, every dog and cat has a unique way of chewing - some savour, others swallow quickly. Because pets can’t chew like humans, there’s a small risk of choking if a treat is gulped too fast.
For your peace of mind and their safety, we recommend supervising your pet while they enjoy our treats, especially when trying something new.
Are your treats human-grade?
Absolutely! We use only high-quality human-grade ingredients, the kind of ingredients we humans at Barkfast at Epiphany’s would happily eat ourselves. That said, our treats are specially crafted for pets, so please eat them at your own discretion. We cannot accept liability for any adverse effects or allergic reactions if eaten by people.
Are your treats suitable for all dogs?
Yes, our treats are made to be suitable for all dogs. However, we always recommend checking with your vet, especially if your dog has any dietary restrictions or allergies. Be sure to review our ingredients list carefully if your dog has any specific needs. Our treats are crafted with care and quality, but every dog is unique.
For puppies, we suggest consulting your vet before introducing new treats to make sure they are right for your pup’s age, size, and health.
For senior dogs who may find it harder to chew, we recommend soaking our dehydrated meat treats in warm water to soften them, making them easier to eat.
Are your treats gluten-free or grain-free?
Yes, most of our treats are gluten-free and grain-free, perfect for dogs with sensitivities. Please check the individual product details for the ingredients list or contact us if you need assistance.
Are all your treats Australian?
Yes, all of our ingredients are 100% Australian produce.
How long do your treats last?
Our treats have a best-before date of at least six months when stored correctly - in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight, and in an airtight container. Exposure to heat or humidity can cause the treats to absorb moisture, increasing the chance of spoilage. If you notice any mould, please discard the treats immediately.
That said, they are unlikely to last until the best-before date anyway!
My treats look slightly different to the images on your website. Why is that?
All treats at Barkfast at Epiphany’s are handmade with care, so each one is unique and may vary slightly in size and appearance. Colours may also differ due to lighting or camera settings. Since all our colourings come from natural ingredients, variations can happen depending on the crop or batch. But rest assured, every order will meet the weight specified, so you always get the amount you paid for.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on your package’s journey. In the event of any delays during peak times, we will inform you promptly via email so you can stay updated on the status of your order.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately at the moment, we only ship within Australia, but we may look into international shipping in the future.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $12.99 for Standard Shipping Australia wide or free for orders over $150.

RETURNS & LIABILITY
What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our treats, we cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll work to resolve the situation. For more information, please visit our Return Policy page.
What if my package has arrived damaged?
We are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged and you would like to make a claim with Australia Post, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
